NekoLock ｜ Effective: April 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NekoLock ("the app"), an iOS application developed by Stryde ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship based in Japan. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The app is a digital detox application that uses cat characters to help users improve their smartphone usage habits. It provides cat intervention and an affection system.

2. Eligibility

• The app requires iOS 26.2 or later on an iPhone.
• The app is intended for users aged 13 and older.
• An Apple ID is required to use the app.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or copying the app
• Using the app to harm third parties
• Any conduct that violates these Terms or applicable laws

4. Disclaimer

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any changes in smartphone usage habits or their consequences resulting from use of the app.
• Apple system updates may affect certain features.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app and its content (including design, logos, text, characters, and programs) are owned by or licensed to Stryde.

6. Changes & Termination

We may modify or discontinue the app. The revised Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
