FAQ

Lock doesn't start

• Make sure you have at least one incomplete task due today.
• Check that your shield start time has passed (adjustable in settings).
• Verify that Screen Time permissions are granted (Settings → Screen Time).

I completed all tasks but the lock didn't lift

• Bring the app to the foreground to trigger a lock state refresh.
• If the issue persists, try restarting the app.

Apple Reminders won't sync

• Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Reminders and make sure TodoLock has access.
• Confirm that Reminders sync is enabled in the app's settings screen.

Widget isn't updating

Widgets refresh every 15 minutes. Opening the app will prompt an immediate refresh.

I upgraded to Pro but can't access features

• Tap "Restore Purchases" in the settings screen.
