Lock doesn't start

Please check the following:

BGM won't play

The unlock button doesn't appear after BGM

The unlock button only appears while the lock is active (between your lock start time and wake time). It will not appear outside of lock hours.

I upgraded to Pro but can't access features

What happens to my data if I delete the app?

Deleting the app removes all settings stored on your device. Subscription information stored by RevenueCat remains and can be restored after reinstalling via "Restore Purchases."
