Lock doesn't start
Please check the following:
- Make sure your bedtime is correctly set in the app settings.
- Check that Screen Time permissions are granted (Settings → Screen Time).
- Try restarting the app.
BGM won't play
- Make sure your device is not in silent mode.
- Check that the volume is turned up.
- Close other audio apps and try again.
The unlock button doesn't appear after BGM
The unlock button only appears while the lock is active (between your lock start time and wake time). It will not appear outside of lock hours.
I upgraded to Pro but can't access features
- Tap "Restore Purchases" in the settings screen.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Deleting the app removes all settings stored on your device. Subscription information stored by RevenueCat remains and can be restored after reinstalling via "Restore Purchases."
