Try to open a locked app…

A shield screen appears: "Time to sleep."

Listen to 3 min of sleep music to unlock

No skipping. After the music ends, choose 1–15 minutes of temporary access.

Auto re-lock when time's up

The lock reactivates automatically when the time is up.
